Accessibility

Auditorium seats are generally between 14 and 18 inches wide.

Wheelchair seating is available in the main floor side boxes, and low vision seating is available in the front row. (Click to view seating chart.) Online, simply select the accessible seats you need, or in person or over the phone, please let the box office know your accessibility needs. Please keep in mind that accessible seating is limited and might not allow for more than one companion in the same area.

Accessible seats are sold at the section rate.

Unclaimed accessible seats may be sold to the general public if it is close to performance time or if the event is otherwise sold out.

Wheelchairs may access the lobby through any door at the theatre entrance on Park Street, but there are no automatic door openers. Wheelchair access to the auditorium is via lift at the west auditorium door. A house wheelchair is also available to transfer patrons to or from a seat.

Complimentary assisted listening headsets or soft foam earplugs are available at the box office. Please request them from an usher or at the box office counter.

There is one accessible parking space located at 316 W. Park St. in front of the Masonic building east of the theatre. Otherwise, multiple accessible parking spaces are located at all levels (via elevator) of the paid parking garage three blocks east of the theatre.

Passenger loading and unloading can be done on Park Street directly in front of the theatre.
