We’re open 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday and two hours before show times.
Doors Open Times
Doors to the lobby generally open one hour before showtime, and the auditorium generally opens for seating 30 minutes before showtime. However, these times may vary depending on the requirements of each artist. For the correct times for each performance, refer to the pre-show email delivered to ticket holders before each performance, or call the box office.

The Mother Lode Series program is typically announced in July. Series subscriptions go on sale to current subscribers before new subscriptions are sold.
Gift certificates are available for any Mother Lode-ticketed event. For events handling their own ticketing, contact the event organizer directly.
