Butte Center for Performing Arts (BCPA), a non-profit organization supporting Arts and Culture at the Mother Lode Theatre, is in search of candidates to join the BCPA Board of Directors. We are looking for applicants with an interest in the Mother Lode Theatre and want to be involved with program innovation, leadership, fundraising, financial oversight, and sharing their personal and professional expertise for the future and betterment of the theatre.
Individuals elected to the Board of Directors are considered essential leaders of BCPA. Board members should have an interest in performing arts and a commitment to endorse and support the mission of BCPA. We welcome applications for board membership from individuals with experience in general business, fundraising, accounting, budget management, strategic planning, community outreach, marketing, and/or legal affairs. Experience or education within the theater industry is not a requirement but would be considered as an asset to developing long range planning and programming.
