Butte Center for Performing Arts (BCPA), a non-profit organization supporting Arts and Culture at the Mother Lode Theatre, is in search of an executive director to join the Mother Lode Theatre team. We are looking for applicants with professional experience in venue management and long-term strategic planning for the future and benefit of the theatre. A successful candidate should have past education and/or a combination of 2 to 5 years’ experience in venue management; and possess leadership, fundraising, and financial management skills.
